Q: How is the money from donors on GoFundMe spent? What is SupplyHopeInfo’s process?
A: 100% of our proceeds go towards school supplies. We purchase our supplies from small, local businesses and other online businesses to ensure we are following the shelter-in-place order. After families fill out a Google Form to request supplies, we follow up with families to update them on their request status. We will be in close contact with families once supplies ship, providing them with tracking numbers and other updates.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged items, as we are only in charge of purchasing items and not the shipping/handling/delivery of items.

Q: How many students from each household can apply?
A: We do not limit the number of students that can apply from each household. However, we purchase full packages for up to 2 students. For any additional students, we will add in a few extra school supplies.

Q: What is included in these packages?
A: All packages will include supplies like pencils, erasers, and pencil sharpeners. We
then categorize our supplies packages based on the needs of the grade levels of students (preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school, college).

Q: I have requested supplies through the Google Form, now what?
A: After your submissions, we will receive your response through our system. We will do our best to fulfill your request and will contact you once we receive your response.

Q: I am unable to donate, but how else can I help?
A: You can help us by sharing our website and our GoFundMe page with friends and family! You may also donate physical supplies such as notebooks, sharpeners, and coloring tools. Please contact us for more information on donating physical supplies.
