100% College Prep is a program in San Francisco that provides academic resources and support for underserved communities and youth. Their program matches students with coaches who mentor them through college entrance, college finance, and more. In addition, their program works alongside other partnerships in order to implement systemic change and close educational gaps for students of color through initiatives with SFUSD and other organizations. SupplyHopeInfo was able to donate supplies to support 10 students of 100% College Prep. We are so grateful to support them and hope to continue doing so!
