The Tenderloin Community Benefit District Highlights a Local Resident’s Story

Thanks to the Tenderloin Community Benefit District for featuring SupplyHopeInfo (SHI) on their blog; check it out here! SHI co-founder Lana Nguyen grew up in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district, and with support from her community, this feature means a lot and is very near and dear to her heart.

The Tenderloin Community Benefit District (TLCBD) is a non-profit with a mission of improving the Tenderloin by providing a safe and clean environment as well as organization services, like economic development and neighborhood pride. The Board of Directors of the TLCBD includes Tenderloin property owners, residents, business owners, and other stakeholders who oversee the management of the organization. The daily services and programs the TLCBD team provides are street maintenance, San Franciscan agencies coordination, neighborhood resident interaction, and local business support.
